TAG DAYS
Friday, Oct. 14 & Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011
WHAT: Tag Days is the MAJOR fund raiser for the music programs at all three High Schools; Farmington, Harrison & North. Music students ask for donations from the community at participating retail sites. Donors receive 'TAGS' or tickets which can be used at any of the three school concerts. The schools rotate the responsibility of hosting each year.
WHERE: North Farmington High School cafeteria will be the headquarters for Tag Days this year.
WHO: Students: There will be signup sheets in the band room. Be sure to sign up early to get the shift you want. The times are: Friday: 3-6pm, or 6-9pm. Saturday: 7-9am (seniors only), 9am-12pm, 12-3pm and 3-6pm. Seniors interested in playing with the Dirty Dozen should make a note of that when they sign up. You will need to wear your Marching Band, Concert Band or Orchestra uniforms. Marching Band students need to do 2 shifts to earn their letter.
Note to Parents: Tag Days are one of the major fundraisers for our entire music program and require everyone's participation. Please look for signup sheets at events or email Liz Wooden, Tag Days Chairperson - lizchriswooden@aol.com.
