STUDENT ACCOUNTS
Each student in the NFHS Band and Orchestra program (including Marching Band) will have an individual student account if they participate in fundraising activities. This is a separate account where each student is individually credited for his/her fundraising efforts.
During the year there will be opportunities for each student to earn money for his or her account. The student account balance may be used as payment towards NFHS and other music related activities, such as camps, trips, banquets, instrument repairs/supplies, and private lessons.
Funds not disbursed before the student graduates may be transferred to a sibling in the NFHS Band and Orchestra program via the Transfer Request Form, or donated to the Boosters organization.
Obtaining Student Account Funds is generally a two step process:

- Check your student's account balance: Email the Treasurer at [email protected]; or create an account at www.membershiptoolkit.com. Use the email address that you have on file with the school and follow the prompts to register your account. Once you are successfully logged in, you Student Account credit will automatically show according to our records. If you have trouble creating an account or gaining access, please email [email protected].
- Fill out and return one of the forms below:
- To receive reimbursement for music related expenses, click on the black "Student Account Reimbursement Form" button, print the form and follow the directions. Attach receipts. A check payable to the student's parent / guardian will be mailed to the address provided on the form. Use this option for reimbursement for payments already made: music trips, lessons, instruments & repairs, etc.
- To use funds for a Boosters-sponsored item/event, or to transfer unused funds to another student or to the Boosters, click on the gold "Transfer Request for Student Account Form" and follow the directions. Use this option to pay for things like Band Camp, Banquets, Spirit Wear, etc.
